Cancelling or modifying your order
After an order has been placed, we are unable to add additional items, or change the address the order is being shipped to. For further assistance, or to cancel your online order, please contact our Customer Care team at info@cabaneeorganics.com.
Delivery charges
Canada - Orders with a total value exceeding $75 CAD are eligible for free shipping.
USA - Orders with a total value exceeding $100 CAD are eligible for free shipping.
International - Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
When international orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Additional fees may also be incurred dependent upon the destination country’s import laws. Cabanee Organics is not responsible for the payment of any duties and taxes not included in the original purchase price.
Order processing
All orders begin processing the following business day. Please note, orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday as our shipping department closes over the weekend. Cabanee Organics will ship within 72 hours after processing has begun.
Return or refund
For reasons of hygiene and the personal safety of our customers, we regret that the products may not be returned.
Wrong items
In the case of wrong items sent, please contact us at info@cabaneeorganics.com within 3 business days upon receipt to obtain a pre-paid shipping label to send these items back to our warehouse. As long as the products are returned in the same condition they are received (unopened and are in a re-sellable condition), we are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned items.
